Regma manufactures thermoplastic profiles made from PE, PP, ABS, PA, EPDM, and other thermoplastics using extrusion technology.
Our production process also enables the manufacture of co‑extruded profiles consisting of two different materials.
What extrusion is?
Extrusion is a thermal and mechanical processing method in which plastic granules are melted. The resulting plastic mass is conveyed by a screw through a precisely engineered tool to achieve the desired profile shape.
The term co‑extrusion refers to the production of a profile in which one part is made of a different material that is bonded to the main profile during the extrusion process itself.
